Directions

1. Apply massage oil or cream (Firming Booty Lotion for best results) to the treatment area.
2. Place the Contour Cup creating suction by pushing down on the logo.
3. Move it in upward circular, zig-zag or sweeping motions, release, and repeat, massaging the area for 5-10 minutes. *Release by pressing down on the logo.
4. Repeat this process on other areas, especially that have cellulite, lymph fluid, or bad circulation.
5. To keep things smooth and tight, use our Contour Cup every third night.

Caution:
• Do not use on dry skin
• Suction should be strong enough to lift the skin, but not so strong that it causes pain, it should feel like a massage.
• Readjust the cup if the suction is too high - find that sweet spot.
• Results come with massage not suction so no need for extreme suction.
• It may cause redness - this is normal and will fade within a few hours.
• Do not use on fragile/aged/thin skin.
